GEEN Courses

Q: Does CSCI 1300 count in lieu of GEEN 1300?

A: No.  You must take GEEN 1300 for the chemical engineering or chemical and biological engineering degree.

Q: Do GEEN 1510 and GEEN 1520 count for technical credit?  For H&SS credit?  Free elective credit?

A: GEEN 1510-2 and GEEN 1520-1 do not count for technical elective credit.  However, you may apply 1 credit of GEEN 1510 as H&SS credit and the other as free elective credit.  The one credit from GEEN 1520 may be applied as free elective credit but not as H&SS credit.
